Meet Lance Dinahan
As the CEO and creator of YET, I believe that it’s critical that I lead by example. I’m asking parents to invest in their kids through me, and that investment needs to pay off.
I know entrepreneurship. I’ve known it my entire life. My company, Excalibur Electric, employs around a half-dozen people and provides a fantastic service to my customers. In fact, we’re one of two companies in British Columbia to win the Marketplace Excellence Award from the BBB. I’m proud of what my team and I have been able to accomplish.
As a father of 6 kids, family is important to me and my kids are my legacy. I hope to be able to inspire your legacy and build a lifelong connection with you and your family.
Professional Accomplishments:
- Successful entrepreneur and business owner
- Owner of Excalibur Electric, founded in 2002
- Achieved financial independance and became semi-retired before age 44
- Bought and sold over 20 houses in a 2 year period, earning my investors and I returns of over 200%
- Paid off my parents mortgage after my stepfather became ill (I’m very proud of this one)
Meet Norma LaFonte
In 2009, my husband and I worked hard to build a real estate portfolio totalling 42 properties. These investments, in addition to our other investments, provide a great income for our family.
Using the principles of money management that we teach, our family doesn’t have to work hard. We live each day doing what we want to do, instead of a boss telling us what we have to do.
By managing our own money, we see consistent returns of 10% or more each year on our investments. My goal now is to teach others how to have time freedom and live their life by choice, not chance.
I co-authored the book Money Monster or Money Master and am currently working on releasing my next book, Negotiation 101: Win/Win Strategies for Everyday Life.
Professional Accomplishments:
- (2018) 3-month working vacation in South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia
- Worked with Robert Kiyosaki as a Cashflow Game Host in Phoenix, Arizona
- Guest Speaker at the Entrepeneur & Wealth Building Summit in Philadelphia, PA
- Self-made investment portfolio, including 42 rental properties
