Feedback from parents:

People often ask us why we are so passionate about training kids to become entrepreneurs. For us, the reasons are both simple and life changing:

YET is truly a ground-breaking program and it works! It helps kids build their money and business skills while having fun at the same time. And the best part is that the kids get real results that equip them for the future. It takes the lemonade stand to a whole new level!

I registered my 14-year-old daughter, Shaquala for the Y.E.T. program and I am so impressed with the results! She learned how to manage her money and create a business from the ground up. She is now the proud owner of a very successful bridal photography company. Lance is a phenomenal trainer and all the kids in the program enjoyed learning from him. Thank you so much for giving Shaqala the tools she needs to excel as an entrepreneur. She has even given me some great ideas for my business!

From Our Students:

Shaquala, Age Fifteen

When I first heard about the YET Program, I thought it was a cool idea. I was interested in making my own business, so I wanted to try it out. It was quite fun, and I normally don’t like doing things that I’m not that familiar with. Now that I’m finished, I would encourage people to check it out, it was a great experience for me, and I use the skills I learned every day.

I’m very happy I took the program. Lance taught me a lot of things I would never have learned in school. It helped me to look at money and business in a different, better way. It taught me to save money for stuff that I actually need and not just want.

In the past, I would spend all my money on candy and clothes, and my bank would always be empty. Now I have lots more money, and when I go shopping, I make decisions on do I need this or do I want this. Sometimes I buy stuff because I want it, but I think about it more. Most of my friends just spend without thinking and then complain they are broke.

Kamryn, Age Ten

When I first heard about the YET program, I was very excited, but also very nervous. I would be the youngest kid there; I was only eight years old. I was worried that I would be a bit slow compared to the other kids. After a couple of weeks, I really looked forward to each new lesson. I was doing really well in the program, and I felt good about myself.

I think everyone should do the program. It’s a good learning experience to help people become more successful than trying to do that on their own. I feel like I got an opportunity in life that most kids don’t, and I’m really happy I did the work. I’ve been using the Mmm system for almost two years now, and I know that I will keep doing that, even as an adult. I won’t get caught up in debt because I can manage my money, and I know I can still have money to spend on myself when I want.

I have learned that you should try and hang out with people who are doing better than you and are smarter than you, and not to let other people pull you down. I heard a story about how if you put a bunch of lobsters in a pot, they can’t get out—because they keep pulling each other down. I want to tell people, don’t be lobsters. Be with other people who will lift you up, and then you can help other people get lifted too.

When I grow up I want to help people or animals. I think I’ll be a very successful person, and I will likely have money.
